Distance phone sessions are available on Sunday and Monday 8-8, Thursday 10-6, and Friday 8-4 (CST).

In person sessions are available on Sunday and Monday 8-8 (CST) at Phenix Salon Suites, suite #127, 6819 York Ave S, Edina, MN 55435, in partnership with DNK Skin.

Have you ever wondered exactly what goes into a session with Alisha?
Session Preparation
Alisha prepares for each session with you by clearing and grounding her own energy, and clearing her physical space. Alisha then tunes into Reiki, Pranic and New Paradigm energies to establish the connection for your session.
Active Session
During the session together, Alisha holds the connection using energy, and holds space for messages to come in. She take notes throughout the session and is receptive to all messages, that she will relay to you. Alisha works with you to create a meaningful and transformative session. Additionally, she sends energy to support and encourage your growth and transformation throughout the entirety of your time together.
Post Session
After the session, she continues to send energy, while proofreading and cleaning up your notes, and she will add in any additional messages that continue to come through. Upon completion of your notes and energy sending, Alisha releases the connection, and she again clears and grounds her own energy, and space.
